Permitted Uses
BarBoss is designed for:
- Mobile bar operators managing event bar service
- Event bartending professionals
- Bar staff coordinating during events
- Event hosts monitoring bar service
Prohibited Uses
You may not use BarBoss to:
⚖️ Illegal Activities
- Violate any federal, state, or local law or regulation
- Facilitate alcohol service to minors
- Operate without required liquor licenses and permits
- Evade taxes or engage in financial fraud
- Engage in money laundering or other financial crimes
⚠️ Harmful Activities
- Harass, abuse, or harm any person
- Collect data about individuals without proper notice and consent
- Stalk, monitor, or surveil individuals without authorization
- Distribute malware, viruses, or harmful code
- Conduct phishing or social engineering attacks
🚫 Platform Abuse
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or other accounts
- Reverse engineer or copy the Service or its underlying technology
- Use automated tools to scrape, crawl, or extract data
- Interfere with the Service's infrastructure or performance
- Create fake accounts or impersonate others
- Resell or sublicense access to the Service
🏢 Competitive Activities
- Use the Service to build a competing product
- Benchmark the Service for competitive intelligence without consent
- Copy the Service's features, design, or user interface
Enforcement
Violations of this AUP may result in:
- Warning and required remediation
- Temporary account suspension
- Permanent account termination without refund
- Legal action where appropriate
We reserve the right to investigate suspected violations and cooperate with law enforcement.
